User behavior analytics is a significant emerging tech that can have a big impact on network security. By analyzing user behavior, organizations can detect anomalies and potential security threats and take action to protect the network. However, user behavior analytics also raises privacy concerns and organizations need to be careful to balance security and privacy when using this tech.

Vendors also provide support and updates for their products which is crucial to maintaining the effectiveness of a security implementation. Without vendor support an organization’s security implementation will become outdated and ineffective over time.
