1. Drink water

This amount can vary depending on factors such as your age, gender, level of physical activity, and climate, but a general guideline is to drink enough water to keep your urine a light, pale yellow color. This can help ensure that your body is properly hydrated and functioning at its best.

2. Engage in Sports

Regardless of how busy you may be, it is important to make time for physical activity. Engaging in sports, even if it's just a simple walk or a swim, can greatly benefit your overall health and well-being. Exercise has a positive impact on both the body and mind, helping to reduce stress, improve cardiovascular function, and boost mood. Do not involve yourself in situations of Disturbance... they all diminish health and take away the splendor of the soul.  Choose a babysitter you feel comfortable with. Talk to People who are Positive and Listen 👂

Humility is a valuable trait that should be cultivated in our lives, especially in regard to wealth, prestige, power, and influence. These material possessions and societal markers can easily lead to feelings of superiority and arrogance, causing individuals to become distant and disconnected from others.
